Berry Properties began as Berry Construction in 1978 with Darrel Berry at the Helm. In 1992 his son Troy joined the company which soon became what is known today as Berry Properties. Troy and his wife Penny handle the day-to-day operations of property management and new business development.

Berry Properties provides turn-key operations for businesses that want to lease their own building and also owns multi-tenant buildings that can accommodate office and retail rentals. (More info on Troy and Penny.)
